Risto La Piazza (11-12 Alkminis Street, Paphos) – this is one of Paphos’ finer restaurants (located by the sea), whose chef (Prof. Raffaele Santoro of Venice) prepared both Italian and local dishes. Dishes served here include Veal escallops stuffed with Parma ham and cheese in white wine sauce flavored with sage; Pork medallions with crispy bacon, wild mushroom sauce and goose liver; and Special fillet of beef with gorgonzola cheese in wild mushrooms and Madeira wine sauce, as well as fish and pasta dishes.
